Discounted rates:
I offer a select number of reduced fee appointments. These options are for those navigating financial hardship, are available in limited quantities, and are re-evaluated annually. These rates are extended only to clients who commit to weekly or bi-weekly sessions. If therapy sessions become infrequent regular rates will apply.
Insurance:
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement for therapy. I am happy to provide a superbill for clients to submit to their insurance plans directly. Please check with your insurance provider to determine the amount of coverage provided for out of network therapy as Resolve Counseling Center does NOT work with insurance companies. Superbills are provided on a monthly basis.
Payment:
Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and Paypal can also be utilized for payment. Payment is expected at the time of service. Returned checks will incur a $30 fee in addition to the amount originally due.
Cancellation Policy:
In order to avoid the cancellation fee outlined below, please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is missed without cancelling, or is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (unless we both agree that you were unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control) the policy is as follows:
1st appointment: No charge
2nd appointment: 50% of fee
3rd appointment: 100% of fee
